• Transportation to & from host family location, classes and other sites (transportation costs paid by students in 1994 & 1995 averaged ��10,000-��20,000)
• Airplane ticket cost (charged separately)*
• Insurance or college credit tuition (charged separately)
• Charge for extracurricular activities (e.g. Karaoke, dancing and Barbecue)
• Any personal expenses

* If you plan to travel separately, please remember the following (we, however, cannot guarantee 
  to meet you at the airport):
 - Please let us know in advance if you are traveling separate from the group.
 - Please try to match the arrival date & time of the group as closely as possible.

Late Placement Charges:

      ��5,000 will be assessed to students registering after the program application
   deadline and also for payments received after scheduled payment deadlines.
   This is to assure us enough time to match the best-suited host family possible.

Cancellation Policy:

	The program cost is fully refundable up to 90 days in advance of the
   students arrival in Japan.  If the cancellation is made less than 90 days
   in advance, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Between 90 and 45 days prior to arrival, 10% of program cost will be charged.
• Between 44 and 15 days prior to arrival, 20 % of program cost will be charged.
• Between 14 and 2 days prior to arrival, 50% of program cost will be charged.
• Less than 48 hours, 75% of program cost will be charged.
